How to play Sara’s Cooking Class: Pavlova?

A Pavlova is a big meringue with whipped cream and fruit on top. Unlike normal meringues, which are usually crunchy all the way through, Pavlova is crunchy on the outside but sweet and gooey like a marshmallow on the inside.

Tap on the kitchen cupboards and the fridge to open and close them. First, find the items shown in the bottom left corner, and move them to the counter. When you’ve got everything you need, you can start baking.

First, Sara will teach you how to whisk the egg whites and fine sugar with a dash of corn flower and white vinegar to make the Pavlova. Shape it like a cake and bake it in the oven.

While the Pavlova is cooling down, you can start preparing the fruit. Peel and slice the kiwis, cut the strawberries in half, and peel the tangerine and divide it into segments.

Lastly, spread the whipped cream on top of the Pavlova meringue, and arrange the fruit neatly in circles for an impressive and tasty dessert.
